Our trout are cured in salt and then traditionally hot kiln smoked using matured beechwood, taking that extra time and attention needed to bring you the quality you deserve. It is then hand filleted, pinboned and trimmed, read for your enjoyment.

Collection will be available on the Friday after you place your order, as long as you order before midday on Wednesday. If placed after this time, it will be ready the following Friday.
